High Point University: Congdon School of Health Sciences and Wilson School of Pharmacy
Hoffman Building Technologies recently completed controls installation on the 220,000 SqFt High Point University Health Science and Pharmacy Project. This project utilizes an array of critical systems integrated to one another in order to optimize occupant performance. The facility incorporates nLight lighting control technology to integrate a time-based, occupancy-based, daylight-based and manual lighting controls. nLight establishes a communication network between intelligent lighting control devices and occupancy sensors, photocells, power/relay packs, wall switches, panels, and dimmers. The building automation system integrates with nLight creating a synced network between the HVAC and lighting worlds optimizing facility performance.
